Player Review
Carter is a solid high school kicking and punting prospect. He is a great looking athlete with big college potential. He shows that he can hit a nice ball at times on both field goal and kickoff. He also has the size, strength and athleticism to develop as a punter. As he continues to work on his technique and consistency, he will shoot up the rankings and challenge at the college level. The tools are there to do so. I look forward to seeing his development from camp 1 to camp 2. Vegas XXXIII will be the perfect platform for him to display his talents. One to keep a close eye on. Nice combo prospect.
