Player Review
Carter is an excellent high school kicking and punting prospect. A great looking athlete with a strong leg and nice all around upside. Carter continues to improve at a steady rate each time we see him. Field goals are solid. He shows he can hit a college level ball off the ground. Kickoffs are coming along nicely, nearing college ready. Also a developing punter. Hits a nice ball at times. As he continues to work on his technique and consistency in all areas, he will challenge at the next level. I look forward to seeing what the future holds for Carter. Look for him to make big strides with Chris Sailer Kicking this 2018 off season. Solid combo prospect.
