Elmore showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping fall camp in TX on December 4th, 2016. He has a good frame and snaps well under pressure. Made it to the final three in the accuracy section of the competitions. Ball is smooth and he has good accuracy. Like to see him focus on really getting his CONFIDENCE up and letting the ball fly out of his hands. Increasing his athleticism will move him way up the rankings as well. When he snaps the ball hard, he is on target. Using his full lower half and ripping the ball back to the punter will put him CONSISTENTLY in the .8s, if not .7s, by the time Sunday rolls around at VEGAS XXIX. Good attitude and lots of upside.
