Player Review

I saw some good things out of Hall at the Rubio Long Snapping fall camp in CA on October 30, 2016. He is a Long Snapper with good balance and consistency. A lot of the snaps are the exact same which is good. Like to see him work on slow motion drills to get his lower half more involved to gain speed. Widening out will help out a bit as well to allow his larger upper body to get through with ease. Really good attitude and I am excited to see him under the pressure of VEGAS XXIX.

All Long Snappers were tested on The Rubio Target. Each Long Snapper was tested on 12 punt snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set) and 12 pat snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set). Once the Long Snapper has completed the test, they earn an RSI which is the fairest and most accurate way to judge a Long Snapper by numbers. Please note: the RSI does not account for athleticism, spiral or mentality.

RSI (Rubio Standard Index): The RSI is the score divided by the average speed on The Rubio Target. You may obtain 2 bonus points for an average of .75-.79, 2 more bonus points for an average of .70-.74 and an additional 2 more bonus points if you average below .70.
