Player Review
Chancelor did really well at VEGAS XXIX on January 14-15, 2017. He is built VERY long and a college strength coach is going to really mold him into a monster. Has the frame to put on at least thirty more pounds and that will get him really ready for the next level. Ball is smooth and very catchable. One of the best parts about Chancelor is that he is able to move so well on his feet. He destroyed the agility section of the weekend. Pure enjoyment watching this kid move on his feet. Dripping with potential.
Accomplishments
VEGAS XXIX Average 15 Yard Snap Speed: .77
VEGAS XXIX 40 Time: 4.90
VEGAS XXIX RSI (Rubio Standard Index) from the Rubio Target: 41.33

All Long Snappers were tested on The Rubio Target. Each Long Snapper was tested on 12 punt snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set) and 12 pat snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set). Once the Long Snapper has completed the test, they earn an RSI which is the fairest and most accurate way to judge a Long Snapper by numbers. Please note: the RSI does not account for athleticism, spiral or mentality.

RSI (Rubio Standard Index): The RSI is the score divided by the average speed on The Rubio Target. You may obtain 2 bonus points for an average of .75-.79, 2 more bonus points for an average of .70-.74 and an additional 2 more bonus points if you average below .70.
