Burr showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping fall camp in IL on September 25, 2016. Burr has a good frame and a smooth snapping motion. He really does a nice job of using his whole body well when snapping the ball to the punter. Needs to make sure he is snapping with FULL CONFIDENCE at all times to really get the speed of the ball up. With more CONFIDENCE, he could easily be able to snap the ball in the .8s by VEGAS XXIX. Burr is dripping with potential.
