Hall showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping fall camp in IL on September 25, 2016. He has a long frame that will be able to put on some good size over the next couple of years. He is built really long and has a ton of room to grow. Form is good and I love how quickly he gets the ball out of the gate. His hands are like rockets. Ball pops out of the start. Love to see him focus on getting his long legs fully involved to gain some more speed. Hall is absolutely dripping with potential and should do really well at VEGAS XXIX.
