Player Review
Pierce did well at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXIX EVENT on January 14-15, 2017. He is a good athlete that moved well on his feet through the agility section of the Vegas weekend. Kid is solid going left to right or front to back. Love to see him focus more on leading with his elbows and getting some more speed on the ball. Pierce's snaps are accurate and he hits a lot in The Rubio Zone. Really like his attitude and he can do this at the next level.
Accomplishments
VEGAS XXIX Average 15 Yard Snap Speed: .98
VEGAS XXIX 40 Time: 5.27
VEGAS XXIX RSI (Rubio Standard Index) from the Rubio Target: 23.08

All Long Snappers were tested on The Rubio Target. Each Long Snapper was tested on 12 punt snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set) and 12 pat snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set). Once the Long Snapper has completed the test, they earn an RSI which is the fairest and most accurate way to judge a Long Snapper by numbers. Please note: the RSI does not account for athleticism, spiral or mentality.

RSI (Rubio Standard Index): The RSI is the score divided by the average speed on The Rubio Target. You may obtain 2 bonus points for an average of .75-.79, 2 more bonus points for an average of .70-.74 and an additional 2 more bonus points if you average below .70.
