Player Review
Nice work by Lindsay at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXIX Event on January 14-15, 2017. His overall form is very good and he is using his whole body really well on his punt snaps. Gets all of his power going back and gets some decent speed on the ball. Like to see Lindsay focus on locking down his spiral to increase his speed and making sure he has the same release point on every snap which will help with his accuracy. Both improvements will push up his RSI a ton at CA on March 5th and at VEGAS 30 in May. As he continues to mature physically, he will only get better and better.
Accomplishments
VEGAS XXIX Average 15 Yard Snap Speed: .89
VEGAS XXIX 40 Time: 5.77
VEGAS XXIX RSI (Rubio Standard Index) from the Rubio Target: 20.00

All Long Snappers were tested on The Rubio Target. Each Long Snapper was tested on 12 punt snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set) and 12 pat snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set). Once the Long Snapper has completed the test, they earn an RSI which is the fairest and most accurate way to judge a Long Snapper by numbers. Please note: the RSI does not account for athleticism, spiral or mentality.

RSI (Rubio Standard Index): The RSI is the score divided by the average speed on The Rubio Target. You may obtain 2 bonus points for an average of .75-.79, 2 more bonus points for an average of .70-.74 and an additional 2 more bonus points if you average below .70.
