Player Review
Jenkins did really well at VEGAS XXIX on January 14-15, 2017. He is a true athlete that left no doubt he will be a factor in punt coverage when he crushed the agility section of the weekend. Good attitude and always improving. Love to see him focus on putting on some good size over the next couple of months. Long frame that a college strength coach will pack on about 40 lbs over the next couple of years. Jenkins is good and always improving. Love his attitude and drive.

I liked what I saw out of Zack at the Rubio Long Snapping fall camp in WA on October 23, 2016. He has a great frame to work with and will be able to put on about thirty plus pounds before he is done with college. Ball is very smooth and he has terrific athleticism. Before VEGAS XXIX, I would like to see him focus on making his stance a bit wider to allow for more accuracy and speed. The new stance should allow him more comfort and really allow his lower half to get involved to make him constantly in the low .7s Great upside and wonderful improvement.
Accomplishments
VEGAS XXIX Average 15 Yard Snap Speed: .77
VEGAS XXIX 40 Time: 5.35
VEGAS XXIX RSI (Rubio Standard Index) from the Rubio Target: 19.28

All Long Snappers were tested on The Rubio Target. Each Long Snapper was tested on 12 punt snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set) and 12 pat snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set). Once the Long Snapper has completed the test, they earn an RSI which is the fairest and most accurate way to judge a Long Snapper by numbers. Please note: the RSI does not account for athleticism, spiral or mentality.

RSI (Rubio Standard Index): The RSI is the score divided by the average speed on The Rubio Target. You may obtain 2 bonus points for an average of .75-.79, 2 more bonus points for an average of .70-.74 and an additional 2 more bonus points if you average below .70.
