Player Review
Oscar is an excellent transfer punter. The bounce back from Incarnate Word has all the tools to play at the D1 level. He is a smooth and consistent punter. He easily averages 40+ yards, with 4.4+ hang time. His footwork is solid and he punts with great confidence. If you are looking for a mature, experienced punter that can come in and solidify the punting position, Oscar is the guy. Look for Oscar to dominate Vegas XXXI and pick up college offers. Fine prospect. Nice pick up for UTEP.
