Player Review
Ryan showed a ton of promise at the Rubio Long Snapping Camp in New Jersey on May 7th, 2016. Extremely athletic and long with a powerful snap. Needs to aim a little lower and let the ball climb naturally back to the punter. Small tweaks away from being dominant.I was very impressed with what I saw out Cassidy at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXVII Event on January 21-22, 2016. He is dripping with potential and could be, easily, one of the top Long Snappers in his class by the end of next year. Love to see him make sure he starts with the ball right in the middle of his head in front of him. He tends to push the ball to the right at the start which will take the ball to the punters left at the end. Ball is tight and fast. By VEGAS XXVIII in May, I want to see him lock down his accuracy and make sure he is in the low .7s. KEEP A VERY CLOSE EYE ON CASSIDY.
Cassidy did really well at the Rubio Long Snapping fall camp in NJ. He is a very athletic Long Snapper that is dripping with potential. Great force on his snaps and he everything he does, he does with intensity. Love to see him clean up the whole process by locking down his spiral and moving the ball a bit closer to be quicker with the starting point. Type of Long Snapper that can move up very quickly if he does what I think he can at VEGAS XXVII and beyond.
