Player Review
Jack did well at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXIX Event on January 14-15, 2017. He has a great frame and can pass an eyeball test for a college coach from about 100 yards away. Starting form is good and he has good balance. Hands are quick and they reach back well on his follow through. By CA on March 5th and VEGAS 30 in May, I want to see Jack focused on his legs to get them fully involved to get his speed under .80 on a consistent basis. Getting his lower moving with power and locking down his spiral will definitely push his speed through the roof and really raise his RSI in VEGAS. He is good and right on the cusp of greatness.Accomplishments

VEGAS XXIX RSI (Rubio Standard Index) from the Rubio Target: 12.94
All Long Snappers were tested on The Rubio Target. Each Long Snapper was tested on 12 punt snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set) and 12 pat snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set). Once the Long Snapper has completed the test, they earn an RSI which is the fairest and most accurate way to judge a Long Snapper by numbers. Please note: the RSI does not account for athleticism, spiral or mentality.
RSI (Rubio Standard Index): The RSI is the score divided by the average speed on The Rubio Target. You may obtain 2 bonus points for an average of .75-.79, 2 more bonus points for an average of .70-.74 and an additional 2 more bonus points if you average below .70.
