Player Review
Frank had a great weekend at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXIX Event on January 14-15, 2017. He absolutely destroyed the agility section of the weekend and is easily one of the best overall athletes in his class. Very smooth runner that made it all look effortless going forward, backward or to the side. Frank can flat out move. His snaps have good consistency and decent power. Need to see him focus on really getting his eyes through in one, quick motion. Right now, his eyes pause on the way down and that slows down the ball and will lower his RSI. Easy fix that will pay off big time at VEGAS 30. WATCH HIM!
Accomplishments
VEGAS XXIX Average 15 Yard Snap Speed: .85
VEGAS XXIX 40 Time: 5.09
VEGAS XXIX RSI (Rubio Standard Index) from the Rubio Target: 25.61

All Long Snappers were tested on The Rubio Target. Each Long Snapper was tested on 12 punt snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set) and 12 pat snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set). Once the Long Snapper has completed the test, they earn an RSI which is the fairest and most accurate way to judge a Long Snapper by numbers. Please note: the RSI does not account for athleticism, spiral or mentality.

RSI (Rubio Standard Index): The RSI is the score divided by the average speed on The Rubio Target. You may obtain 2 bonus points for an average of .75-.79, 2 more bonus points for an average of .70-.74 and an additional 2 more bonus points if you average below .70.
