Player Review
Jennings did well at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXIX Event on January 14-15, 2017. Strong Long Snapper that snaps a smooth ball and is very consistent. Love to see him make sure his snapping motion is one constant movement instead of almost being broken up into the two. Really driving his elbows and going back will push his speed way up and increase his RSI at VEGAS 30. Moves well on his feet and was solid laterally through the bags. Quiet and listens really well. Snapping with confidence and letting the ball fly out of his hands will help a ton.
Accomplishments
VEGAS XXIX Average 15 Yard Snap Speed: .89
VEGAS XXIX 40 Time: 5.81
VEGAS XXIX RSI (Rubio Standard Index) from the Rubio Target: 18.89

All Long Snappers were tested on The Rubio Target. Each Long Snapper was tested on 12 punt snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set) and 12 pat snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set). Once the Long Snapper has completed the test, they earn an RSI which is the fairest and most accurate way to judge a Long Snapper by numbers. Please note: the RSI does not account for athleticism, spiral or mentality.

RSI (Rubio Standard Index): The RSI is the score divided by the average speed on The Rubio Target. You may obtain 2 bonus points for an average of .75-.79, 2 more bonus points for an average of .70-.74 and an additional 2 more bonus points if you average below .70.
