Player Review
Carter is a talented all around Kicker/Punter. He has a live left leg and the ball explodes off his foot at times. His field goals are solid. His kickoffs show future college potential. Punting is still his major strength. With continued hard work on his technique and consistency, the future is bright. Carter has the ability to be an excellent combo player at the college level. A fine young man and a hard worker. I expect Carter to have a great showing in Las Vegas this May.
