Joe did well at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXVIII Event on May 21-22, 2016. He is an incredibly flexible Long Snapper with tremendous follow through. Practically hands the ball to the punter. Great accuracy when he gets both elbows through together. Needs to focus on spiral and making sure he is not overgripping the ball and that he is making sure gets his fingers set on the ball. Both will help with spiral. Getting his legs involved with help with the overall speed of his snapping. Good potential.
