Phillip is a very good kicker. Shows the ability to make kicks off the ground with nice consistency. Field goals are a current strength. Kickoffs are solid and show college potential. He is also developing as a punter. Is showing nice improvement from camp to camp. He has the tools to take his game to the college level with continued hard work. Has a great attitude and work ethic. One to watch this his senior season. Solid prospect.
