Player Review
Brooks is a very talented all around K/P prospect. A phenomenal athlete with elite leg strength. Field goals are strong and show nice promise. Kickoffs are a solid and near the top of his class. Punting is currently his biggest strength. He shows huge college potential in this area. He's a competitor that does very well under pressure. Look for Brooks to dominate his senior season and pick up offers. I really like his upside. Big time prospect.
