Player Review
Little was outstanding at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXIX Event on January 14-15, 2017. Kid is nails under pressure and actually earned his TOP 12 spot with a ton of people and cameras watching his every move. LOVE THAT CONFIDENCE AND POISE. His form is excellent and he is easily one of the top Long Snappers in his class when he just rips the ball back to the punter. Locking down his release point and continuing to work on his athleticism will just push him higher and higher up the rankings. Little works his tail off.

VEGAS XXIX Average 15 Yard Snap Speed: .76
VEGAS XXIX 40 Time: 5.48
VEGAS XXIX RSI (Rubio Standard Index) from the Rubio Target: 51.35

All Long Snappers were tested on The Rubio Target. Each Long Snapper was tested on 12 punt snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set) and 12 pat snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set). Once the Long Snapper has completed the test, they earn an RSI which is the fairest and most accurate way to judge a Long Snapper by numbers. Please note: the RSI does not account for athleticism, spiral or mentality.

RSI (Rubio Standard Index): The RSI is the score divided by the average speed on The Rubio Target. You may obtain 2 bonus points for an average of .75-.79, 2 more bonus points for an average of .70-.74 and an additional 2 more bonus points if you average below .70.
