Player Review
OFFER HIM NOW!!!

Taylor was excellent at VEGAS XXIX on January 14-15, 2017. His size is solid and he is snapping with lot of confidence. Doesn't speak much but doesn't need to as he lets his snapping communicate for him. Ball is ripped back to the punter. Athletic Long Snapper with good upside. Will be an asset on and off the field. I am very impressed with Taylor and how he continues to improve every single time I see him at a Rubio Long Snapping camp.

Taylor was VERY solid at the Rubio Long Snapping fall camp in PA on October 9th, 2016. Form is darn near perfect and he is snapping with a lot of power. Need to see him lock down his spiral and snap with pure CONFIDENCE. Taylor is a tremendous Long Snapper and HE needs to know it. VERY, VERY poised Long Snapper that could, no SHOULD, dominate VEGAS XXIX. I was really impressed with him at PA camp.

Liked what I saw out of Billy at the TOP 12 & EVENT ELITE Camp at the IMG Academy in FL. Billy has a good frame and he can move well on his feet. Form is solid and he can snap a quick ball. Confidence will be key as he moves up the rankings. Love to see him not think so much and really just let the ball fly out of his hands.Trusting his form and believing in himself will help a ton. Ball can pop back to the punter when he follows all the way through. Right on the cusp of greatness.

Billy did really well at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXVIII Event on May 21-22, 2016. He is a very fluid athlete when he is snapping and when he is moving on his feet. He is definitely the kind of Long Snapper that makes everything look very easy out there. Locking down his release point will increase his accuracy and get his score to at least a 30 on The Target at XXIX. Love watching him snap as it looks so effortless. Watch him very close this fall. He is going to do well in college.

VEGAS XXIX RSI (Rubio Standard Index) from the Rubio Target: 48.48

All Long Snappers were tested on The Rubio Target. Once the Long Snapper has completed the test, they earn an RSI which is the fairest and most accurate way to judge a Long Snapper by numbers. Please note: the RSI does not account for athleticism, spiral or mentality.

RSI (Rubio Standard Index): The RSI is the score divided by the average speed on The Rubio Target. You may obtain 2 bonus points for an average of .75-.79, 2 more bonus points for an average of .70-.74 and an additional 2 more bonus points if you average below .70.
