Casey is a very talented K/P. He is strong, athletic and punts with nice consistency. He has really developed in this area and is absolutely ready for the next level. Also a fantastic kicker. Has the tools to compete at all 3 positions at the college level. I really like his upside. He has a bright future. Should dominate the college level. Excellent overall prospect. Huge pick for Portland State.
