Charlie is a very good punter that has the potential to be great. A big, tall, strong athlete that hits a big ball at times. Punts for nice distance. Has improved at a great rate from camp to camp. Could be special with continued hard work. Has all the tools to challenge for a starting spot at the college level. A fine young man with a great attitdue and work ethic. Nice prospect.
