Derek is potentially an outstanding Junior College prospect. He has a big time leg and shows flashes of being great. Hits an excellent ball at times. Technique and consistency need to improve to move up the rankings. Has all the tools. With hard work on some small adjustments he could be special. One to keep a close eye on this upcoming season.
