Rafael is an outstanding kicker. He has a big leg and kicks with excellent consistency off the ground. Field goals are perhaps the very best in the nation. His ball is pure and very true. Kickoffs are also near the top of his class. A great competitor who kicks well under pressure. A fine young man with a great attitude and work ethic. Big time prospect. OFFER NOW!!!
