Aaron Perez (10-24):Kooper is a punter who is very coachable and has a very postiive attitude. He is a very smooth punter who, with minor fixes, can drastically improve. At the Fall Seattle Punt Camp Kooper performed well. Coach Dave Harrington said "Kooper is smooth and a pleasure to work with. Kooper has a tendency to lean back a bit as well as take his off-arm off the ball quick. However these are things he cna fix with consistent work and the overall framework is there for him to be great." During charting at camp Kooper's best balls were 34 4.25, 32 4.31 and 35 3.5.
