Rui is a very good young high school kicking prospect. He is a good looking athlete with a strong leg. Rui does a nice job on field goal. He hits an accurate ball off the ground and has solid range. His kickoffs show potential. As he continues to develop his game, Rui will move up the rankings. The tools are there to do so. He should do very well this upcoming season. Rui is a pleasure to work with. Nice prospect.
