Player Review
Carter is a phenomenal young high school kicking prospect. He is a great looking athlete with a strong leg. Carter does an outstanding job on field goal. He hits a clean, accurate ball off the ground and easily has 50+ range. His kickoffs are strong. Carter's best ball measure 65+ yards with 3.9+ hang time. Also a more than capable punter. Carter is a competitor who thrives under pressure. He is showing steady improvement from camp to camp. I expect him to stay on this path. I look forward to seeing what the future holds. Carter is a special talent. He has a bright future ahead of him. He is a fine young man with a great attitude and work ethic. Look for Carter to dominate Vegas XLV in January. He should once again challenge for a TOP 12 Spot. He is one of the hardest workers out there. Strong prospect.
