Player Review
Aaron Perez (1-24):Santiago did a virtual workout with us and performed well. He is a big, strong punter with a nice swing and hits a consistent ball. During his virtual workout Santiago averaged 40 yards per punt over twelve balls with his best punts being 46 4.32 and 44 4.24. Santiago was extremely solid going directional right as well. He averaged right around 39 yards per punt over eight balls with his best being 41 4.11 and 40 4.27 with balls to the numbers. Going left his best punts were 40 4.24 and 41 4.04. Santiago can work onhis rhythm and footwork - have a bit quicker hand to foot time and cut down to possibly two steps - but the power and explosion is there and he was overall very consistent. Nice addition for Dayton.
