Player Review

Grant is an outstanding high school kicking and punting prospect. He is a great looking athlete with a live leg. Grant does a nice job on field goal. He hits a pure, accurate ball off the ground and easily has 50+ yard range. His kickoffs are strong. His best ball measures 60+ yards, with 4.0+ hang time. Also an excellent punter. Grant punts for a nice combination of distance and hang time. A competitor who thrives under pressure. There is big upside and potential here. Look for Grant to dominate Vegas XLV in January. He has the ability to challenge for a TOP 12 Spot. Grant is a fine young man who is always a great pleasure to work with. Grant is well on his way. Strong prospect.

Aaron Perez (4-24):
Grant is a very technical punter. He is very technique oriented and is always asking great questions about body position and body leverage. He is also incredibly explosive and when he gets a hold of one he has elite explosive power. Need to clean up his footwork a bit to become more consistent and when he does he will be one of the best punters in his class (via Dave Harrington).
