Player Review
Troy is a very good high school kicking prospect. He is a good looking athlete with a strong leg. A bit raw, but there is nice potential here. Troy shows that he can hit an excellent ball off the ground at times on field goal. His kickoffs are solid and will only continue to improve. As Troy conies to work on his technique and consistency, he will move up the rankings. The tools are there to do so. I look forward to seeing his development form camp 1 to camp 2. Troy should do very well at Vegas XLIII in January. He is a pleasure to work with. Nice prospect.
