Player Review
Romano is a very good high school kicking and punting prospect. He is a great looking athlete with a strong leg. Romano does a nice job on field goal. He hits an accurate ball and has 50+ yard range. Romano is ready to move to the ground. His kickoffs are coming along nicely. Also a developing punter. A competitor who is kicking with confidence. Romano is showing steady improvement from camp to camp. I expect him to stay on this path. Look for Romano to compete with the best in his class at Vegas XLV in January. Romano is a fine young man who is always a great pleasure to work with. Nice combo prospect.Aaron Perez (9-24):
Romano has improved immensely since the last I saw him. He has gotten stronger and more confident with his punting. At the Fall Southern California Punt camp he performed very well. During training at camp Romano hit punts of 35 3.81, 39 3.9 and a great ball going direction left 42 3.9. During charting his best ball was 40 3.9. Romano can continue to work hard in the weight room and on his drop consistency but I am very pleased with his progression and mindset.
