Aaron Perez (10-22):Luis is a talented punter out of CA with a good leg. Luis is very focused and learns quickly. At the Fall CA Punt Camp Luis hit some solid punts. He is a two-step punter with good power. Luis can hit punts 40+ yards and over 4.0 seconds of hangtime. During open-field work Luis hit a ball 39 3.91 with under a 1.4 touch-to-toe. During directional work Luis hit several punts 40+ yards outside the numbers. Luis is humble and very coachable and I think is just now scratching the surface of his potential.
