Player Review
Aaron Perez (8-24):Jon is a player who has improved immensely since he started with us. He has gotten stronger physically and gained more experience. At the recent Summer Northern CA Punt Camp he had a solid day. Jonathan can hit balls 5.0+ seconds of hang and during training his best punt was 42 5.15. He hit punts of 37 4.68 and 37 4.47. During charting his best ball was 45 4.32. Jonathan can continue what he is doing now - he is improving rapidly. With a bit more work with distance he will continue to compete with the best punters in the country.
Jonathan is a very good junior college punting and kicking prospect. He is a great looking athlete with a strong leg. Punting is his strength. Jonathan punts for a nice combination of distance and hang time. His best ball is college ready and he is becoming more consistent each time we see him. Also a solid kicker. Jonathan shows he can hit a college level ball on field goal. His kickoffs are solid. He has the tools to take his game to the next level. Look for him to compete with the best of the best at the Rising Seniors / JC Invitational this summer. Jonathan is a fine young man who is always a great pleasure to work with. Nice combo prospect.
