Player Review
Mitchell is an excellent high school kicking and punting prospect. He is a great looking athlete with a strong leg. Mitchell does a nice job on field goal, a strength. The lefty hits an accurate ball off the ground with 50+ yard range. His kickoffs are coming along nicely, nearing college ready. Also a more than capable punter. Mitchell punts for nice combination of distance and hang time. A competitor who does well under pressure. Mitchell is showing steady improvement from camp to camp. I expect him to stay on this path. College football is in his future with continued hard work. Look for Mitchell to have a big senior season. Mitchell is a fine young man who is always a great pleasure to work with. Mitchell is continuing to improve his punting. He has gotten stronger and much more consistent. At the Spring CA Punt Event he performed well. During training at camp some of Mitchell's best punts were 45 4.3 and 41 4.37. During charting his best ball was 41 4.19. Mitchell will continue to improve and get stronger physically and I am very excited to watch him continue to improve.
