Player Review
Blake is a very good high school punting and kicking prospect. He is strong, tall and athletic. Blake has a great frame for a college level punter. This is his strength. Blake shows that he can hit a college level ball. He is also a talented kicker. Blake does a nice job on field goal. His "A" ball is strong. Blake is ready to move to the ground. His kickoffs are coming along nicely, nearing college ready. College football is in his future with continued hard work. I see him as a P/KO Specialist at the next level. Blake is always a pleasure to work with. He should have another strong camp performance and gain valuable experience at Vegas XXXIX in January. Solid prospect.Aaron Perez (10-21):
Blake is a talented 2022 punter out of South Carolina. Blake is strong and can hit a good ball. At the Georgia Fall Punt camp, Blake hit many of his punts 40+ yards. His best punts during training at camp were 40 4.11, 38 4.35 and 36 3.94. Blake has good footwork and gets up through the ball well. He was able to hit a 35 4.15 yard punt directional right and 35 3.86 going left. During charting, Blake hit a 42 3.82 as his best ball. Blake can work on a more consistent drop and keeping his ball from turning. He is very coachable and has a great attitude.
