Player Review
Zane is a talented junior college kicking prospect. He is a great looking athlete with a live leg. He does a nice job on field goal, a strength. Zane hits a clean ball and easily has 50+ yard range. His kickoffs are solid. Also a capable punter. Zane continues to improve at a steady rate each time we see him. He is ready for a shot at the next level. Look for Zane to compete with the best of the best at Vegas XLI in January. He is a fine young man who is always an absolute pleasure to work with. One to watch. Strong prospect.Aaron Perez (8-21):
Zane is a powerful and very coachable punter. During a recent evaluation Zane showed he could hit punts 4.5+ seconds of hangtime and 40+ yards. He is working to become a two-step punter and when he has a good rhythm he is very consistent. Zane's bets punts at the workout were 45 4.65 and 46 4.48. Zane hit a few balls 4.75+ showing his potential. Zane needs more work on overall mewchanics and to improve the consistency of his drop. I think Zane will continue to rise up the rankings, however, due to the natural power and pop he has in his leg combined with more practice. See you at a camp this Fall!
