Player Review
AJ is a talented high school punting and kicking prospect. He is a great looking athlete with a strong leg. AJ does a nice job punting the football. He averages 37+ yards, with solid hang time. I like his potential in this area of his game. Also a very good kicker. AJ shows he can hit a nice ball at times on both FG and KO. As he continues to develop his game, AJ will move even further up the rankings. I look forward to seeing him compete with the best of the best at the Rising Seniors Invitational in July. AJ is always a pleasure to work with. Nice combo prospect.Aaron Perez (10-22):
Alex had a good camp in CA at the Fall Punt camp. AJ is a left-footed punter who gets great distance on his punts and has gotten much stronger since Spring. During camp AJ hit punts of 38 4.01 and 42 3.9 with good operation. I think Alex can work on his drop consistency as sometimes it can get away from him. However during directional work Alex hit a few punts 40+ yards outside the numbers with his best ball going 43 4.1 direction left. I was also impressed with Alex's plus-field work and he hit a 3.8 second drop punt from the +40 to the 9 yard line. Alex is a hard worker and I am very excited about his development.
