Player Review

Aaron Perez (10-21):
Jacob won the GA Fall Punt Camp and was solid all day. Jacob is a tall and long young punter with major upside. He has ability to hit 50+ 4.8+ with a good punt. At camp, Jacob hit many of his punts 45+ and in training hit a great ball directional right 36 4.0 out of bounds. However it was during charting and competition that Jacob began to shine. His best punt during charting was 48 4.11. During the competitons, where he won both Last Man Standing and Head to Head, Jacob hit punts of 50 4.53, 48 4.85 and 49 4.73. Jacob has potential to be a top punter in this class and I look forward to watching his continued development.

Jacob is a very talented young punting and kicking prospect. He is big, tall, strong and athletic. Jacob has an ideal frame for a college level punter. A bit raw, but the shows nice potential in this area. Also a solid kicker. Jacob shows that he can hit a nice ball at times on both field goal and kickoff. As he continues to work on his technique and consistency, he will be a great one. The tools are there to do so. I look forward to seeing him compete against the best of the best at Vegas XXXVIII in May. One to keep a close eye on. Jacob is a pleasure to work with. Nice combo prospect.
