Player Review
Mason is a solid high school punting and kicking prospect. He is a good looking athlete with nice future college potential. He has a great frame for a college level punter. I like his potential in this area of his game. Mason hits a consistent ball and averages 40 yards. Also a very good kicker. Mason shows that he can hit a great ball at times on field goal. His kickoffs are coming along nicely. Mason is a fine young man who is always a great pleasure to work with. Nice combo player. Great addition for Truman State.Aaron Perez (7-21):
Mason had a great showing at the Rising Seniors Invitational. He has a great frame and has gotten stronger since May Vegas. Mason has also improved his overall fundamentals. In Dallas, Mason hit his best punts between 40-45 yards with one of his best punts being 41 4.45. Mason can continue to work on getting downfield and adding a bit more distance to his balls. However, I am very pleased with his progress and look forward to seeing him this Fall.
