Player Review

Troy is a very talented high school punting and kicking prospect. A big time athlete with a powerful leg. Troy has an ideal frame for a college level punter. He shows that he can hit a great D1 Punt. Troy averages 40+ yards with 4.3+ hang time. His best ball measure 50+ yards, with 4.5+ hang. He is also a talented kicker. His "A" ball on field goal is strong. His kickoffs are a strength. I really like his all around upside. I see him most as a P/KO specialist at the next level. With continued hard work, he will be a special college player. He is a fine young man who is always a great pleasure to work with. Strong prospect. Nice addition for Washington.

Aaron Perez (11-22):
Troy is one of the most improved punters in this class from the time we began working to now. Troy is a two-step punter with a very explosive leg. At the Fall Seattle Punt Camp Troy hit punts of 46 4.04, 47 4.06, 47 4.54 and 40 4.33. Troy has good hands and short, compact footwork. he can get the ball off under 1.4 seconds consistently and is solid with location. When charting, Troy hit his two best balls 51 4.06 and 46 4.29. I think Troy will make a solid college punter. His athleticism, his competitiveness and his blue-collar attitude make him a great prospect.
