Carter is an excellent youth kicking prospect. He is a great looking athlete who kicks with outstanding technique and consistency. Carter does a nice job on field goal. He hits a pure, accurate ball and already has high school level range. His kickoffs are solid for his age. A competitor who kicks with confidence. Carter has a bright high school future with continued hard work. I look forward to helping him develop his game over the next several years. He could be a great one. Carter is an absolute pleasure to work with. Nice future prospect.
