Oscar is a very talented junior college kicking / punting prospect. He has a great leg and big natural potential. Field goals are strong and accurate. Needs to work on getting more consistent height. He drives the ball deep into the end zone on kickoffs. He could work on his hang time. Also has great potential as a punter. Hits a big ball at times. Oscar is a top junior college prospect that deserves a shot at the next level. Nice combo prospect.
