Blair is a very talented high school kicking prospect. A great looking athlete with elite leg strength. Field goals are smooth and accurate off the ground. Kickoffs are outstanding, D1 ready. He drives the ball deep with big hang time. Also a talented punter. There is a ton of all around potential here. Blair has the tools to dominate at the next level. He is a real sleeper in the class of 2018. I look forward to seeing what the future holds. He is easily one of the very best remaining prospects available in the 2018 Class. Excellent prospect.
