Player Review
Neo had a good weekend at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXIX Event on January 14-15, 2017. His starting form is very good and he does a nice job of reaching all the way through to the punter. Neo practically hands the ball to the punter and I love it. Like to see him focus on slow motion drills to get his whole body involved with the process. Once Neo gets his legs moving with the snap, he will EASILY be under .90 at VEGAS 30 and really raise up his RSI. As stated, his follow through is great so his accuracy is going to be great....now, I need his speed up there, too. Listens well and improves nicely.
Accomplishments
VEGAS XXIX Average 15 Yard Snap Speed: 1.11
VEGAS XXIX 40 Time: 5.49
VEGAS XXIX RSI (Rubio Standard Index) from the Rubio Target: 15.73

All Long Snappers were tested on The Rubio Target. Each Long Snapper was tested on 12 punt snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set) and 12 pat snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set). Once the Long Snapper has completed the test, they earn an RSI which is the fairest and most accurate way to judge a Long Snapper by numbers. Please note: the RSI does not account for athleticism, spiral or mentality.

RSI (Rubio Standard Index): The RSI is the score divided by the average speed on The Rubio Target. You may obtain 2 bonus points for an average of .75-.79, 2 more bonus points for an average of .70-.74 and an additional 2 more bonus points if you average below .70.
