Player Review
Cole did well at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXIX Event on January 14-15, 2017. First off, he is an incredible athlete that cruised through the agility section of the weekend. Moves like a gazelle on his feet and made everything look effortless when moving either side to side or forward. Love to see Cole focus on not gripping the ball so hard and getting his eyes through. Being lighter on the ball with hand pressure will enable him to lock down his spiral and have the ball slice through the wind. Getting his eyes through will increase his accuracy a ton. Both improvements will really push up his RSI at VEGAS 30 in May. Good upside and he will move way up with size.
Accomplishments
VEGAS XXIX Average 15 Yard Snap Speed: .80
VEGAS XXIX 40 Time: 5.08
VEGAS XXIX RSI (Rubio Standard Index) from the Rubio Target: 20.51

All Long Snappers were tested on The Rubio Target. Each Long Snapper was tested on 12 punt snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set) and 12 pat snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set). Once the Long Snapper has completed the test, they earn an RSI which is the fairest and most accurate way to judge a Long Snapper by numbers. Please note: the RSI does not account for athleticism, spiral or mentality.

RSI (Rubio Standard Index): The RSI is the score divided by the average speed on The Rubio Target. You may obtain 2 bonus points for an average of .75-.79, 2 more bonus points for an average of .70-.74 and an additional 2 more bonus points if you average below .70.
