Player Review
Chandler impressed me at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXIX Event on January 14-15, 2017! Moves well on his feet and had no problem with the agility section of the weekend. Chandler will definitely be a factor on punt coverage as he continues Long Snapping. Accuracy and consistency are going to be the big thing to get his RSI up at VEGAS 30. Snap speed is good and he can really whip his hands back to the punter. His ball jumps out of the gate quickly and moves to the punter. Consistency of the snapping motion and making sure he has the same release point over and over will push him up the rankings. TONS of potential and could easily get a TOP 12 spot come May.
Accomplishments
VEGAS XXIX Average 15 Yard Snap Speed: .72
VEGAS XXIX 40 Time: 5.34
VEGAS XXIX RSI (Rubio Standard Index) from the Rubio Target: 24.36

All Long Snappers were tested on The Rubio Target. Each Long Snapper was tested on 12 punt snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set) and 12 pat snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set). Once the Long Snapper has completed the test, they earn an RSI which is the fairest and most accurate way to judge a Long Snapper by numbers. Please note: the RSI does not account for athleticism, spiral or mentality.

RSI (Rubio Standard Index): The RSI is the score divided by the average speed on The Rubio Target. You may obtain 2 bonus points for an average of .75-.79, 2 more bonus points for an average of .70-.74 and an additional 2 more bonus points if you average below .70.
