Player Review
Cody showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping fall camp in CA on October 30th, 2016. He is an athletic Long Snapper that moves well on his feet and has the ability to get down field in coverage. Should be dominant at VEGAS XXIX in the athletic section on Sunday. Needs to trust his form (which is good) and really let the ball fly out of his hands. Lightening the pressure on his hands and locking down the spiral will help with speed and catchability as well. Very good upside.
Accomplishments
VEGAS XXIX Average 15 Yard Snap Speed: 1.14
VEGAS XXIX 40 Time: 5.74
VEGAS XXIX RSI (Rubio Standard Index) from the Rubio Target: 14.12

All Long Snappers were tested on The Rubio Target. Each Long Snapper was tested on 12 punt snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set) and 12 pat snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set). Once the Long Snapper has completed the test, they earn an RSI which is the fairest and most accurate way to judge a Long Snapper by numbers. Please note: the RSI does not account for athleticism, spiral or mentality.

RSI (Rubio Standard Index): The RSI is the score divided by the average speed on The Rubio Target. You may obtain 2 bonus points for an average of .75-.79, 2 more bonus points for an average of .70-.74 and an additional 2 more bonus points if you average below .70.
