Player Review
Andrew did well at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXIX Event on January 14-15, 2017. VERY long athlete that did a nice job going through the agility section of the weekend. Moved with a purpose and had no issues with the bags at all. Love to see Andrew continue to put on some weight and focus on slow motion drills to get his lower half fully involved. Excellent job of reaching through to the punter and if he can get his snapping motion more fluid, he will destroy someone at the CA Camp on March 5 and at VEGAS 30 with a monster RSI
Accomplishments
VEGAS XXIX Average 15 Yard Snap Speed: .73
VEGAS XXIX 40 Time: 5.27
VEGAS XXIX RSI (Rubio Standard Index) from the Rubio Target: 13.75

All Long Snappers were tested on The Rubio Target. Each Long Snapper was tested on 12 punt snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set) and 12 pat snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set). Once the Long Snapper has completed the test, they earn an RSI which is the fairest and most accurate way to judge a Long Snapper by numbers. Please note: the RSI does not account for athleticism, spiral or mentality.

RSI (Rubio Standard Index): The RSI is the score divided by the average speed on The Rubio Target. You may obtain 2 bonus points for an average of .75-.79, 2 more bonus points for an average of .70-.74 and an additional 2 more bonus points if you average below .70.
