I liked what I saw out of Windsor at the Rubio Long Snapping fall camp in PA on October 9th, 2016. He is an athletic Long Snapper with good hips that moved well on his feet. Starting form is really good and he has some very quick hands. Love to see him focus on leading with his elbows and making sure he locks down his spiral by VEGAS XXIX in January. Also, using all of his lower half will really increase the overall speed of his ball. MOUNDS of potential on Windsor.
